Kerr-Tar Council of Governments, along with Duke Energy Foundation and LRJ Coaching & Business Solutions, LLC, will be presenting a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Training on Tuesday, November 16 from 10:00 am-2:00 pm in Granville County. This free training is open to local government officials, elected officials, citizen advisory boards, or anyone wanting to learn more about diversity & inclusion. Topics that will be covered include: Diversity & Inclusion Awareness, Unpacking Stereotypes, Implicit Bias, the Art of Communication, and more. The speaker will be Linda R. Jordan, PhD, CEO & Executive Director of LRJ Coaching & Business Solutions, LLC. This training will be held at the Creedmoor Community Center in the Willow Oak Room (108 E. Wilton Ave., Creedmoor).
