RFP – PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR REGIONAL BUILDING INVENTORY DEVELOPMENT & ANALYSIS SUB-PROJECT
Project Overview/Scope: The Kerr-Tar Regional Council of Governments (KRTCOG) is inviting proposals from qualified firms for the execution of the Regional Building Inventory Development and Analysis Sub-Project as a part of the Kerr-Tar Region’s Climate Resilience “Building Inventory and Sustainable Building Opportunities Project.” The goal of this project is to create a regional inventory of commercial and industrial building spaces in the five-county region, with emphasis on attributes such as location, public access, opportunity for upgrades, and resilience to climate hazards.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprises: Disadvantaged business enterprises are afforded full opportunity to submit qualifications and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color or national origin in consideration for award.
Proposal are due electronically by Monday, October 23, 2023 by 12:00PM (EST). The COG shall provide a receipt email.

Kerr-Tar RPO Prioritization 7.0 Draft Submittal List
For the Prioritization 7.0 process, the Kerr-Tar RPO will be allowed to submit up to 21 projects in each mode of transportation including aviation, bicycle/pedestrian, highway, rail, and transit. These projects will be evaluated for the 2026-2035 STIP. The draft list was presented to the TCC at their July 20, 2023 meeting. Information on projects currently being considered for submittal in P7.0 is available HERE. The Kerr-Tar TCC and TAC will consider the adoption of a final list at their August 24, 2023 meeting, which will include a formal public hearing at 3:00pm.
