The Kerr-Tar Workforce Development Board (KTWDB) has made available for public comment its WIOA Annual Plan Update regarding the provision of federal workforce services to Adults, Dislocated Workers, and Youth in the five-county Kerr-Tar region. Comments will be accepted for 30 days.
