Caregiving

Each year, over 44 million Americans dedicate 37 billion hours to providing unpaid, informal care to adult family members and friends with chronic illnesses or conditions that prevent them from managing daily tasks like bathing, taking medications, or preparing meals on their own.

If this applies to you, you are a family caregiver!

Even if you don’t identify with the term "family caregiver," it simply means you are offering care and support to someone who is unable to fully care for themselves.

Our Family Caregiver Support Program, along with our community partners, is here to offer the support, information, and respite you need during your caregiving journey. Although funding for paid caregiving services is limited, these resources can help you navigate the challenges of caregiving.
